Band Banquet Updates and Reminders:
1. You do NOT need tickets to come into the banquet tomorrow night, if you have paid. You can give your name to one of us at the door and we will introduce ourselves and bring you in or send you in!! The doors open at 6pm.
2. Dinner is served, buffet style: promptly at 6:30pm. We will call tables.
3. The refreshment bar is self serve and located in the adjoining room to the main room, to the left of where the food is being put out on buffet tables by the wonderful caterer's: J&J.
4. Please use the same door that you enter, to exit.
5. Many of us, already active in Band Boosters, will try to come around to introduce ourselves. We would love for YOU TO COME TO THE NEXT PARENT MTG. OF THE BAND BOOSTERS: next Tuesday night at 7:25pm in the bandroom. this is May 25th!!! the meetings last maybe, an hour. We would love to meet and greet you there, too. Questions can be answered there. Please join in!!!!!
6. Parents will be doing the cleanup after the banquet ends, promptly at 11:00pm. Can you stay? We'd love to have you help and to have you get to know more about the "goings on" and all. we figure, we can talk with you while we work. More hands make lighter the work. Even if it's only 15 minutes of your time.
7. BRING YOUR CAMERAS AND SHARE THE PICKS ON THE BANDSITE........WE LOVE IT AND YOU WILL, TOO. esp. when your child or children graduates and/or Mr. B. retires..........

AND MRS. SMITH IS GOING TO SET OUT A PLENTIFUL MAKE-YOUR-OWN SUNDAE BAR !!!!!!

HELLO ALL!
It's time to get ready for the annual Band Banquet!!!
The banquet is on Friday, May 21st. It begins at 6pm and dinner is promptly at 6:30pm.
It will be held at the Patterson Fire Hall instead of at Mt. Olive Church.
We have a wonderful caterer named "J & J Caterers" and a super DJ for some after-awards fun!
This banquet is for band students and their parents/guardians and maybe that special grandparent or relative!!! It's the time where we show our children recognition and support for their hard and diligent work!!!
